Mr. Patnurkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has applied for appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of husband of the petitioner, who was working with respondent No.4 as an Assistant Teacher. The said application is not yet decided.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 and 5, on instructions, states that today there is no vacancy with respondent No.4 of class IV post and as and when the vacancy of class IV post would arise, the petitioner would be considered for appointment of class IV post on compassionate ground.

The said statement made by the learned counsel for respondent No.4 is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5, that they would consider to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on class IV post, as and when vacancy arises, we dispose of the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
