The Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners and also the prayer to sanction one post of Headmaster and two posts of Assistant teachers in petitioner no.2 school, keeping in view the Government policy/relevant rules/procedure etc and communicate the said decision to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 12 weeks from today.
