The petitioner challenges the order and decree dated 04.10.2014 passed below Exh.16/A in Lok Adalat by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ashti in R.C.S. No.1148 of 2014.

The petitioner who is son of Subhadrabai/original defendant No.4 has filed present petition challenging the order and decree passed by the Lok Adalat on 04.10.2014.

Learned counsel Mr. Deshpande submits that the matter was decided before the Lok Adalat on 04.10.2014 and during the lifetime, original defendant no.4/Subhadrabai never raised any objection to it. After her death, the petitioner/son is challenging the said order. 5.

I have gone through the order and decree passed by the Lok

2 953.doc Adalat. In view of the fact that the said order and decree was passed in pursuance of compromise pursis filed by parties to suit R.C.S. No.1148 of 2014 below Exh.13, to which the original defendant No.4/Subhadrabai never raised any objection, I do not find any perversity in the said order. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order and decree dated 04.10.2014 passed below Exh.16/A in Lok Adalat by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ashti in R.C.S. No.1148 of 2014 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 6.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
