The learned Advocate Mr.Nangre graciously causes an appearance since the court has called upon him to do so in view of an earlier order dated 13/06/2019 passed by this Court in identical group of petitions bearing No.1279/2019 till 1385/2019. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition was left out from the abovesaid group of matters decided by this Court on 13/06/2019 as there were office objections. The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that this petition can be disposed off as the compensation to be paid to the workers in view of the earlier order dated 13/06/2019 includes even this petitioner Prakash Shinde and in fact he has already been paid Rs.1,28,544/- by Cheque No.321233 dated 04/01/2018.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. In the event, by any chance, the petitioner is not paid any amount, the same shall be deposited by the respondents before the First Labour Court at Ahmednagar.

Hence, this petition is partly allowed for the same reasons set out in the order dated 13/06/2019 and the same conditions set out in paragraph No.3 of the said order would apply to this petition.
