2 WP5803,5938,5939/04 PER COURT :
1.
All these petitions can be disposed of by following common order.
2.
All the petitioners were working on the post of Lab attendant since 1991 or so in the employment of respondent no.5, a private unaided farmacy College. It was the grievance of the petitioners that they were not paid salary as per the Rules and this Court by an interim order directed the respondent/Management to pay salary as per prescribed pay scale to the petitioners from 1st August, 2005. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that since then the petitioners are getting regular salary on prescribed pay scale. He also informed that all the petitioners are promoted to higher post. The petitioners have achieved what they wanted at interim stage and we do not consider it necessary to go further and disturb the position that is achieved through interim order. Even the respondents apparently acquiesced to this petition. The petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 1st August, 2005.
