CORAM : T.V.NALAWADE DATED : 2ND MARCH,2016 PER COURT :- There are two Civil Applications. One is for condonation of delay caused in filing application for restoration and another application is filed for setting aside order of dismissal made by this Court.

2] It appears that there were some office objections like Bhatta was not paid and due to that, conditional order was made. As the objection was not removed, matter came to be dismissed. Learned counsel for applicant is taking blame on himself. Appellant is insurance company. Both applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Order of dismissal is set aside. Matter is restored to its original number.

3] Bhatta to be deposited prior to 14/3/2016. If Bhatta is not deposited, matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back

4] Notice be issued to proposed L.Rs. of respondent no.9. If Bhatta is deposited, notice to other respondents also be issued returnable after four weeks.
