DATED : 10th January, 2017 O R D E R :- The prayer made in the present Writ Petition is seeking directions against the Committee to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner pending before the Scrutiny Committee.

Shri Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also completed his B.E. Course.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is not decided by the Committee, then the Committee shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
