The validation proceeding is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the documents, mark sheet and degree certificate are not issued. 2.

The respondent no.4-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24.02.2020.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the degree certificate shall not be issued

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
