All these applications have been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 934 days condoned in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for the claimants in all matters have strong objection on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.
