By the present application the applicant though prays for quashment of the notice issued on 11.02.2019 in the newspaper thereby the redraw is scheduled on 15.02.2019 and though ad-interim prayer is also made in the application, learned counsel Mr.Bhandari, appearing for the respondent/Corporation submitted before us that any hinderence in the schedule of redraw may lead to delay in selection process and he submitted before this Court that if the respondent-Corporation is permitted to go on with the schedule of redraw subject to final outcome of the petition filed by the petitioner in this Court, mo prejudice would be caused either to the 1/ 2

( 2 ) ca2743.19 applicant/petitioner or the respondent. He also submits that the Corporation will also intimate the interested parties participating in the schedule of redraw about the pendency of the petition.

We find the statement of Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel a fair statement and Mr.Bhandari was justified in submitting that let the process go on subject to final out come of the parties. As such the interest of the petitioner and respondent-Corporation is protected. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we see no reason to pass any order on the application. The application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Learned counsel for the respective parties submits that the exercise of pleading is complete and the petition is ready for hearing.

Accordingly post the writ petition No.15326 of 2017 on 04.03.2019 for further consideration. The parties are put on notice that if it is convenient to this Court the petition may be heard finally at the stage of admission.
