The Petitioner was transferred from the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad to the Nanded Zilla Parishad. Since it was noticed that she had wrongly mentioned in her online transfer application that she was working in PESA area, that her transfer was cancelled. She was relieved by the Zilla Parishad, Nanded in order to go back to her parent Zilla Parishad.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad khs/Feb.2023/2317

- 2 - submits that originally the Petitioner has been appointed by the said Zilla Parishad. Considering the above development, the Petitioner can be accommodated with the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad, wherever there is a vacancy, provided the Petitioner makes a written application for joining duties in the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would tender such a written application. He further submits that this petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner makes a written application to the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad through its C.E.O., appropriate steps would be initiated by the Zilla Parishad to post her at the place from where she was transferred, only if there is a vacancy available, or else, at any other closest place, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application.
