Learned counsel for applicant submits that all office objections raised by the Registry in the present Application as well as in the Second Appeal (St.) No. 11021 of 2019 are removed. He therefore prayed that order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 08-12-2021, refusing registration of second appeal be quashed and set aside. 3.

The statement regarding removal of office objections is accepted. 4.

The order dated 08-12-2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby quashed and set aside.

In case all office objections are removed as submitted by learned counsel for the applicant Second Appeal to be registered. 6.
