1) The application is filed for fixing date of final hearing of the matter. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to stay granted the claimants are not in a position to execute the award and they are facing all kinds of problems. He submits that he has also filed cross appeal and it needs to be heard expeditiously. He undertakes to inform the date if any fixed for final hearing. In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed and disposed of. The date for final hearing is fixed as 30th March 2016.
