All these applications have been filed by the appellant - acquiring body for condoning the delay in filing first appeals along with the first appeals. Mr. Mahesh Dattatray Jamdade, Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition (General), Dhule, is present on behalf of appellant - acquiring body. Mr. A. M. Phule, learned AGP for the appellant - State is present. Learned AGP submits that in view of the policy decision taken by the Government vide Government Resolution No. ladh.kZ&2014@iz-dz-
41@Hkkx&1@v&4 fn- 3 uksOgsacj 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution, the Government has decided to settle/withdraw the appeals. In other words, the compensation that has been enhanced by the reference Court as compared to the compensation that has been granted by Special Land Acquisition Officer is within the outer limit prescribed in Government Resolution and therefore, the said decision is taken. 3.
All the applications for condonation of delay along with first appeals stand disposed of, accordingly.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
