With consent of both the parties, the impugned order dated 23.08.2021 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Parbhani, is quashed and set aside.

The Tahsildar (Revenue), Parbhani, is directed to decide the case on or before 31.10.2025. Parties to appear before the concerned Tahsildar on 15.07.2025. It is made clear that the separate notice for appearance will not be issued by the Tahsildar. 3.
