Though the request is now being made for effecting service to the respondent Nos.3-A, 3-C and 3-D under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, it is not thereby the service has not been attempted under Order V Rule 17. Let there be an attempt in this regard. Reissue notices to them for effecting service under Order V Rule 17, returnable on 18.04.2022. So also issue notices to respondent Nos.1-A, 1-C and 1-G for a similar service under Order V Rule 17 in both, the Civil Application as well as in Second Appeal.
