This petition challenges the order dated 12/02/2016 passed by the Returning Officer overruling the objections to the names of some of the members in the voters' list.

Mr.Kadam, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 states that as no interim relief was granted in this petition, the election process has already been completed by virtue of elections held on 13/03/2016.
