1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed representations with offices of the Assistant Charity Commissioner and respondent No. 5 seeking enquiry in respect of irregularities of respondent No. 4.

If the petitioner shows that he is interest person, he may move the office of Assistant Charity Commissioner for redressal of his grievance under the provisions of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, which is wide enough to take care of the situation. 4.
