The present applications have been filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay of 633 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 22.02.2016 passed by the reference Court in L.A.R. No.180 of 2013.

The learned Counsel appearing for the non applicants has raised no objection. The grounds set out in the application
