The present appeal from order is filed against the interim order passed by the District Court, directing interim custody of Mst. Atharva to the present respondent.

Learned counsel submits that subsequently, the said petition under section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act has been finally decided.

In the light of that, the parties would be governed by the final order passed by the Court. The present interim order would stand merged with the final order and now would not survive.

It is said that the petition under section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act is allowed. Appeal from order, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to assail the final order in appropriate proceedings. No costs.
