This is a death claim and the appellant-insurer has preferred appeal against the judgment and award passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T. Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 299 of 2010, to the extent of quantum.

In view of this, applicant Nos. 1, 4 and 5 are hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lacs only) in equal shares alongwith accrued interest on the said amount, by executing an undertaking by each of the said applicants, to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

So far as the amount falling to the share of minor applicants i.e. applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, the same shall be deposited in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years.
