The contention of the petitioner is that his tribe claim is pending for verifcation since the year 2016.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27th February, 2020.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
