DATED : 23rd FERUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents are not considering representation dated 22/4/2014 given by the petitioner for request transfer/absorption. There are vacancies even in Khultabad taluka. The same is also not being considered.

2] Mr.Bondar, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that if the representation is pending, the same would be considered by the respondents on its own merits.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] The respondents shall consider the representation dated 22/4/2014 (Exh.A collectively) in

wp2031-15 -2accordance with law and policy, on its own merits considering the vacancies available, expeditiously preferably by end of April, 2015.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
