It reveals from record that order passed on 12.02.2014 by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records Karjat is under challenge.

Initially communication dated 18.06.2001 issued by the Taluka Inspector of Land Record was challenged by preferring appeal before the Superintendent of Land Record, Ahmednagar. By order dated 30.04.2004 appeal was partly allowed. Thereafter matter was carried to the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nashik. By judgment and order dated 31st May, 2011 matter was remitted to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record Karjat

2 wp 1836.14 for fresh enquiry by setting aside order dated 30.04.2007. 3.

There is alternate efficacious remedy available U/Sec. 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. In that view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to avail alternate remedy, if so advised. Time consumed in prosecuting present writ petition be considered by the appellate authority.
