In light of above facts, the committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 27.02.2020. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
