The applicant No. 2 was allowed to appear for the second year M.B.B.S. examination pursuant to interim orders passed by this Court. It is submitted that, the applicant No. 2 had appeared for the examination and the result is withheld and result of others is declared.

Without prejudice to contentions of the parties, the authorities shall declare result of the second year M.B.B.S. examination of the applicant No. 2 and shall not refrain the
