It is submitted that, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since long time. The petitioner has completed M.B.B.S. course, so also bond period would come to an end in the next month. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission in P.G. course for the Academic Year 2022-2023.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.03.2022. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding on or before 15.06.2022.
