Petitioner has fled this application for transfer of H.M.P. No.43 of 2021 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhokar to Family Court, Nanded.

Learned counsel for the respondent has lodged his appearance. He submits that he has no objection for the transfer of the said H.M.P. to Family Court, Nanded from Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhokar.

In this view of the matter, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) H.M.P. No.43 of 2021 pending on the fle of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhokar, District Nanded is withdrawn and is transferred to Family Court, Nanded for disposal according to law.

(ii) Learned Family Court, Nanded to decide the petition expeditiously as early as possible.
