The parties, that is the applicant on the one hand and the respondent No. 2 on the other hand seems to have arrived at compromise. The offence has been registered as an upshot to the matrimonial dispute. The applicant No. 1 is the husband of the respondent No. 2. She has filed an affidavit inter alia stating that the dispute has been amicably sorted out leading to filing of the petition for divorce by mutual consent. She expressly consents for quashing of the F.I.R.

The Criminal Application is allowed. Crime No. 230/2020 registered against the applicants with Dindrud Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed.
