PER COURT :- Since there is resistance from the villagers for allotment of the sand block, we have referred the matter for consideration to the Minister Level Committee. The applicant objects the order on the ground that, there is no resolution, as contended by the petitioner in the petition.

It would be open for the review applicant to raise appropriate contentions before the Minister Level Committee. There is no reason to cause interference in the order issued by us on 8.2.2016.

The review application is devoid of substance and stands dismissed.
