Mr Ghute Patil learned Advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation with the Chief Executive Officer, for implementing the order of the Commissioner. The same is not implemented. 2.

Mr Raut, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent no.3 and submits that respondent no.3 would decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.

In case the representation of the petitioner (Page 44) is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits considering the order of the Commissioner, preferably within three months.
