Present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner as belonging to 'Thakar' Scheduled Tribe. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that matter in respect of Tribe Validity Certificate would be decided by Respondent no.2-Committee within Ten (10) days. He requests that petitioner be directed to remain present before the respondent no.2 on 26th March, 2024.

In view of the said statement, We direct the petitioner to remain present before Respondent no.2-The Scheduled Tribe Verification Committee, Aurangabad on 26.3.2024.
