By consent of both sides, heard finally at admission stage. 2.

It appears that the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad has passed interim order in the pending revision. However, the said interim order came to be vacated later on. This writ petition has been preferred to the extent of discontinuation of the interim order. By order dated 6.3.2019 this Court (Coram: Sunil P. Deshmukh, J.) has granted ad-interim relief in terms of the prayer clause "D" and the said interim relief remain continued till today. 3.

In view of above, this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad to dispose of the pending revision No. 64-B of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months and the interim order

wp3112.19 -2passed by this Court shall remain continued till the disposal of the revision. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

I.

The writ petition is disposed of with directions to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad to dispose of the pending revision No. 64-B of 2017 within two months from today.

II.

The interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 6.3.2019 shall remain continued till disposal of the Revision pending before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. II.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
