None is present for the applicant. By this application, the applicant is challenging the order dated 22/11/2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Criminal Revision Application No.49/2016. Vide the said impugned order dated 22/11/2019, the learned Sessions Court had observed that the complaint bearing R.C.C. No.70/2003 came to be dismissed vide the order dated 08/08/2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kallam, observing that the alleged transaction between the parties is of the year 1999 and the complaint is filed in the year 2003. Further it was observed that the transaction between the parties are purely civil nature. By observing so, the learned Sessions Court had dismissed the revision.

The present application is pertaining to the year 2020 and it has never been circulated and even not listed during the last five years. The issue involved in this application has attained finality and this Court cannot come to aid of the applicant since he is not vigilant or alert. Hence, this application is dismissed. [SUSHIL M.
