The Petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Minister has delivered an order in his appeal, on 22.06.2021/25.03.2022, thereby granting all benefits to the Petitioner. His grievance is that the said order has not been implemented by the CEO. The Petitioner has no knowledge as to whether anybody has challenged that order since he has not received any notice.

In view of the above, if there is no legal impediment or any pending proceeding, the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad would khs/Feb.2023/2316

- 2 - consider initiation of steps for implementing the said order, by following the due procedure, within a period of 60 days. 3.
