Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 02/03/2022 whereby registration of their second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 685 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the submissions in respect of removing office objections, the order dated 02/03/2022 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
