Learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, however, the College has issued notice to submit the validity certificate or else the admission of the petitioner will be cancelled.

Learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2 states that validation proceedings would be decided expeditiously.

Admission regulatory authority would not approve the admission.

In the meantime, respondent nos. 3 to 5 shall not withhold the petitioner's examination nor shall refrain him from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within nine months from today. Respondent nos. 3 to 5 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
