Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

On a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 4th December, 2017, whereby respondents were directed to make payment of Rs. 6,50,000/- to the petitioner with stipulated period was not complied with, present contempt petition was filed. Notice was issued. Various orders were passed by this Court. On 21st November, 2019, a cheque bearing No.000269, dated 27th

( 3 ) November, 2019 drawn on ICICI Bank for Rs.3,50,000/- in favour of the petitioner was handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Today, learned Counsel appearing for respondents placed on record a written communication to the president of Public Education Society, Dhule dated 1st December, 2019, whereby the petitioner admits the receipt of Rs. 3,50,000/- on 1st December, 2019 and it is admitted by the petitioner that entire amount as directed by this Court is now received by the petitioner and grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Learned Counsel for the petitioner admits this position.

As grievance of the petitioner no more survives, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
