The learned counsel for applicant submits that more than 65% amount of maintenance is paid. He further submits that only an amount of Rs.1,46,000/- is due. He prayed for granting stay to the execution of the impugned order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be proper to direct the applicant to deposit 50% amount out of the remaining maintenance amount in this Court within two weeks. Subject to depositing 50% amount out of the remaining
