24.08.2018 P.C. :- It is informed that the proposal in respect of acquisition of land has already been forwarded to the Collector and the proceeding is being initiated for determination of amount of compensation. In the circumstances, we direct the Collector to determine the amount of compensation in respect of acquired land and declare the award as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from today. On declaration of award the respondent nos.1 to 4 shall pay the amount of compensation to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of acquisition.
