Heard the learned Advocates for the petitioners. The impugned order dated 29/01/2014 has been passed under Rule 107 (19) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Society Rules 1961. Though the said order is not an appealable order under Section 152, a statutory revision would lie under Section 154 read with Sub Section 2A.

As such, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the revisional authority for preferring a
