1) The petition is filed to challenge the communication of the Collector dated 16-7-2012 made with the Secretary of the petitioner, institution. It is informed that as per Government policy possession of Gairan land cannot be given to the educational institution. It is the contention of the petitioner that already representation is made with the Government for making allotment of the land to the petitioner.

2 WP 2655 of 2016 2) The petitioner is entitled to pursue the matter with the Government. As there is Government Resolution mentioned by the Collector in the communication, which is general policy of the Government, this Court holds that it is not possible to interfere in the matter. The petition is dismissed.
