Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant wants to modify the order dated 03.01.2024 by reducing the cost amount. However, the cost has been imposed by allowing the condonation of delay of 229 days and it is discretionary relief. Therefore, once the discretion is exercised, this Court finds no requirement of any modification in the same. As such, the application stands rejected and disposed of. However, in the interest of justice time to deposit cost as per the aforesaid order is extended by further period of two weeks.
