The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the plot was purchased by the husband of the petitioner from one Mrs. Anagha Mukundrao Patankar. The same was Plot No. 75 of Mukund Cooperative Housing Society, CIDCO. The name of the petitioner and her husband were also recorded with the said Co-operative Housing Society.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no. 1. The learned Counsel waives notice for respondent no. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would make an application to respondent no. 2 for recording her name in the records of respondent no. 2 of the said plot.

The petitioner may make an application with respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 on receipt of the said application shall decide the said application on it's own merits, in accordance with policy and rules, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of application. 5.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
