Learned APP, upon instructions from respondent No.2, Assistant Director, Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Nanded, submits that Muddemal which has been given for analysis, would be analyzed and the report would be given to the investigating officer on or before 15th March 2025.

We take this statement as an undertaking. We also direct the investigating officer to contact respondent No.2 in advance

cwp-169.25 and get the report and submit it before the learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani.
