The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an application for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. The same is pending since 28.01.2020. 2.

The petitioner shall file online application for grant of corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling of the tribe to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer shall verify the issuance of the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling and upon verification shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four

(04) weeks from today.
