For the reasons stated in the Civil Application and considering the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that the Respondent would not oppose the legal heirs of the deceased /sole Respondent, being brought on record in the Writ Petition, this Civil Application is allowed.

The original Petitioner shall bring on record in the Writ Petition the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent, who are the Applicants in this application, within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. The learned Advocate for the Applicants waives notice on behalf of the legal heirs of the Respondent.
