Learned Counsel for appellant - accused submits that, the appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed upon him by the learned Trial Court. Moreover, there is also a Report of Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Jail, Aurangabad on record which indicates that the appellant - accused has already undergone the sentence of imprisonment in Sessions Case No. 89 of 2013 and he is set free on 01.03.2022.

The appellant - accused is present before the Court and submits that, he does not want to proceed with this appeal. 3.

As such, in view of his statement the appeal stands withdrawn and disposed of.
