Learned counsel for petitioners submits that having regard to the full bench judgment in Vishwas Bajirao Patil vs. State of Maharashtra and others [2019 (5) Mh.L.J. 831] rendered during the pendency of this petition, the present petition is rendered premature and thus seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh petition on the basis of same cause of action.
