Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report and the matter is kept for final hearing before the committee on 4th May, 2018.

The petitioner shall appear on the said date before the committee and work out the matter. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within two (2) months. The respondent
